4-Phase Approach
We are excited to share this year-long journey with you! It is divided into 4 phases, each lasting three months, and highly recommended to have an accountability partner to navigate this transformative process. There are weekly content to guide you through the journey and a monthly live call to help connect with you along the process.
Phase I: Foundations
Awaken to your true kingdom identity in Jesus Christ as you take your seat in heavenly places. This phase lays the spiritual and physical foundation for your journey, helping you understand who God is for you and how to live from a being-centered mindset. Through comprehensive bloodwork, mental health support, and functional health practices, you'll begin aligning your spirit, soul, and body with God’s design.
Phase II: Purification
Step into a season of spiritual, emotional, and physical renewal. In this phase, we help you identify and release anything that doesn’t align with kingdom living. By submitting to God’s truth and wisdom, and through targeted detoxification practices, you'll remove barriers to holistic wellness and create space for God’s healing work in your life.
Phase III: Nourishing
Learn to truly nourish your spirit, soul, and body. This phase focuses on building resilience and thriving through holistic care. You'll explore hormone and cardiovascular health, deepen your connection to Christ, and discover how to support yourself with functional nutrition, restorative practices, and emotional resilience tools.
Phase IV: Flourishing
Flourish as you step confidently into your God-given purpose. This phase equips you to align fully with kingdom values, cultivate meaningful community, and walk boldly in your calling. With the support of final comprehensive bloodwork, you'll celebrate your transformation and fine-tune the practices that enable you to live abundantly in a more aligned spirit, soul, and body.
